Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
- Previous experience in a field service role is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driving licence is required for travel to client locations.
